YOUNG
Office Manager
Jan has been in the legal field for 30 years. She was born in Flint, Michigan, but moved to Paris, Tennessee when she was 11 years old. She graduated from Henry County High School and continued her education at Jackson State Community College to study paralegal courses; she also received her Diploma in Secretarial Science. In 1991 Jan moved from Paris, Tennessee to Kansas City, Missouri. She met her husband, Steve, in 1993 and together they raised six children (5 boys and 1 girl).
Jan enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, running, walking her two Great Pyrenees, and taking care of her horses. Any day the weather is good, or not so good, you will find her training her horses or in the woods trail riding.

Paralegal
Sara grew up in Lawrence, Kansas, graduated from rival school Kansas State University, and later acquired her paralegal certificate. Summers were spent on her grandparents' farm, where she developed a fondness for being outdoors and love for animals. Sara enjoys volunteering and also appreciates the arts. A voracious reader, her favorite pastime is reading in the privacy of her backyard, in the company of canines.

JESSIE
WRIGHT
Legal Assistant
Jessie was raised in rural Northwest Missouri and attended the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, MO where she studied communications and portrait photography. She later attended American Military University where she obtained an Associate of Science in paralegal studies. She has a daughter, Laney, and a son, Jack.
Jessie enjoys being with her family, taking on household projects, bargain hunting with her husband, cooking for her friends and family, photography, and sewing.

Administrative Assistant
Veda comes to the firm with over 30 years of legal administrative assistant experience. She is a lifelong resident of Kansas City. Veda received a degree from Kansas City Kansas Community College in Secretarial Science. She enjoys reading, indoor gardening and going out dancing
