Mr. Guseynov represents multiple businesses, insurers, financial and lending institutions, homeowner associations, and public entities in diverse legal matters, including commercial litigation and transactions, corporate litigation and formation, secured transactions, contracts, employment discrimination, insurance defense, and personal injury. Mr. Guseynov’s in-depth understanding of his corporate clients’ structure, obligations, and needs allows him to effectively partner with business leaders and efficiently address their legal concerns.
