Isaac specializes in civil litigation and business transactions. He represents both private and public entities in matters involving employment discrimination, civil rights, corporate governance, secured transactions, real estate transactions, zoning and land use, debt collection, personal injury, consumer protection, and administrative law.
Prior to joining Ensz & Jester, Isaac worked as a Legislative Fellow and then Fiscal Analyst for the Kansas Legislative Research Department. His experience there included providing research and analysis for members of the Kansas House of Representatives and Senate on the approved and requested budgets for state agencies such as the Kansas Department of Corrections, Board of Indigents’ Defense Services, Sentencing Commission, Real Estate Commission, and Board of Technical Professions
