Mr. Carrillo specializes in defending public entities and businesses in a broad range of litigation and is experienced in representing clients in labor relations grievances and arbitration. He has represented clients in cases involving dangerous conditions on public property, automobile accidents, inverse condemnation, Missouri Merchandising Practices Act, commercial arbitration and complex commercial litigation. Additionally, Wes represents numerous clients in commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Carrillo obtained the 23rd largest Defense Verdict in Missouri in 2014 for $1,600,000 and closed over $59 Million in real estate transactions. He is a member of the National Association of Dealer Counsel and has been awarded the SuperLawyers "Rising Star" distinction for Missouri and Kansas.
