Jessie Wright, Legal Assistant

Mr. Osborn focuses his practice primarily in civil litigation. Tom practices insurance defense and represents both plaintiffs and defendants in labor, employment, personal injury, and general business matters. Prior to joining Ensz & Jester, Tom enjoyed a 20-year career in the hospitality industry where he gained extensive experience in issues relating to restaurants and other service industries, including navigating the complex processes and procedures involving licensing and compliance. Tom began his hospitality career in corporate casual dining before entering the fine dining industry, where he spent most of his career in high-end privately-owned restaurants managing extensive inventories of fine wine and spirits. Tom obtained the required licenses for these businesses and understands the requirements and processes needed to get a hospitality business started and maintain compliance with the industry’s myriad regulations. Tom plans to use the knowledge he gained working in restaurants to expand his practice into Missouri’s emerging cannabis industry where he will be able to advise new and existing businesses on compliance and licensing matters and assist with any litigation that may arise.
